The Personal Touch
Healthsat's reflection of cultural and linguistic diversity is key: people's perspectives on
health and wellbeing (how we eat, what we eat, etc.) are culturally driven. People always
prefer programming (television, websites) in their own language, expressed in terms that
are familiar culturally to them. This is all the more reason for Healthsat to bring health
content to European citizens - "anytime, anywhere and any media" - and to produce
content that appeals not only to specific market segments (women, seniors), but to
individuals and families at different times in their daily life, throughout their lives.
